WORKING TOGETHER
How do we get started?
Send an inquiry through the contact page. We'll set up a short call to understand the business, the goal, and the timeline, then send a proposal with a fixed scope and price. Once approved, we lock a production date.
Do you work with businesses outside Charlotte?
Yes. We're based in Charlotte and cover the Carolinas as standard. Travel beyond that is quoted per project and is usually worth it for multi-day productions.
Do I need to know what I want before reaching out?
No. Most clients come to us with a goal, not a shot list. Creative direction is part of what you're paying for.
PRODUCTION
How long does a shoot take?
A standard production day runs four to six hours on location and produces enough material for several weeks of content. Larger brand films run one to three days.
Is drone footage included?
Aerials are included in the Signature package and available as an add-on to anything else. We operate licensed and insured.
Can you shoot at our location?
Almost always. We bring our own lighting and audio, so we can turn an office, storefront, or job site into a proper set.
DELIVERY AND PRICING
How fast do we get the files?
First selects typically land within 48 hours. Full delivery is five to seven days depending on scope, and rush turnaround is available.
Who owns the footage?
You do. You receive full usage rights to every delivered asset for marketing, advertising, and social use.
Are packages month-to-month?
Monthly retainers run on a three-month minimum so the strategy has time to work, then continue month to month.
